About Joe Massa
Joe Massa is an actor, writer, director, and filmmaker. He is best known for creating the compelling series My Suicide Story, an interview-style series that features survivors of suicide who share their emotional stories. The series was published by multiple news outlets nationwide and has garnered praise from several mental health organizations across the country for its unique attempt to offer a raw and demystifying look into the minds of those suffering from suicidal ideologies; a topic often scorned by society due to the stigma it carries.
In addition to creating this series, Joe also wrote, directed and starred in the short film Pressure in 2016. Pressure premiered at the Regal LA Live in Los Angeles, California, on October 7, 2016. He has also acted in several other short and feature-length films.
Apart from acting and filmmaking, Joe shares an avid passion for adventure travel, with his girlfriend Jordyn. He is also an advocate for environmental conservation, and in 2019, joined forces with the company 4Ocean, to contribute to removing trash from the world's ocean and coastlines.
